All subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, then tap Small Wins and select Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, then go to Profile → Restore Purchases inside the app. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
Streaks reset when no task is completed in a day. If you believe your streak was lost due to a technical error (e.g. a sync issue or timezone bug), contact us at ahmadalzein666@hotmail.com and we'll look into it.
First check that notifications are enabled: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Small Wins. Also make sure your timezone is set correctly in the app's Profile screen. Notifications are sent based on your local time.
No. All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store any payment details, credit card numbers, or billing information. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat, which only shares whether your subscription is active — nothing financial.
Go to Profile → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Try these steps in order: (1) Force-quit and reopen the app. (2) Check for updates in the App Store. (3) Restart your device. (4) Delete and reinstall the app (your data is backed up to the cloud). If the problem persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
